Fresh Eggs

Our fresh eggs are unwashed, unrefrigerated, and collected daily. Unwashed eggs retain the natural "bloom" which coats the shells and provides protection to the egg from outside germs. Due to this, eggs remain fresh for longer and do not need to be refrigerated. 

Our hens are fed with grains and mash from a local feed mill, and allowed to free range our pastures on the homestead daily. 

Demand for our eggs varies greatly, and production varies by time of year. This makes it difficult to always know if and when we'll have eggs available on the spot. By ordering online, we are able to place you in line, and notify you as soon as eggs are available. Per Illinois law, our eggs MUST be picked up on the farm in which they are produced due to our operation type.

Once washed, or refrigerated, eggs must remain refrigerated.
